Offering doctor consultation services by video call anywhere in Panama.
The purpose of Telemed Doctor Consultations is to have quick and easy access to a doctor to help resolve non-emergency health situations. These are conducted by video call for a more personalized experience and so that our doctor can better evaluate your situation. The doctor can provide guidance, recommend lab work, and prescribe medication. In the event that lab work is recommended, we can send somebody to your house to take the samples. With a medication prescription, the doctor can send it to you via whatsapp which can be shown at your local pharmacy to pick up your medication.
In the even that your situation cannot be resolved over the phone, the doctor would recommend a visit to the clinic or suggest a house call.

· If you then wish to use our service, we’ll need your name and contact info
· We recommend the Covid test be done 24 hours prior to departure to allow ample time for results to be processed.
· We offer nasal and throat swab collection and saliva collection options. For saliva collection, please do not eat, drink (including water), or smoke/vape at least 30 minutes before the specimen collection.
The process to order a house call is extremely easy. When a request is made a free quote will be sent. Our on call doctor will contact you to discuss your situation in further detail. If it is mutually agreed to proceed with the house visit, payment should be made by bank transfer or credit card. Then the arrival time will be coordinated with our staff. Upon arrival your doctor will proceed with the medical evaluation and provide the necesary treatment. The doctor can also provide a prescrition for needed medication which you can take to your preferred pharmacy or request to have it delivered by us.
But this is not where it ends. The doctor will provide easy direct contact details for followup questions. Any follow up phone consultations after the house call will be free of charge.
